Returns and Exchanges

We have a 14-day return or exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition you received it – this includes non-removal of the protective film attached to the acrylic, however if upon removal of the film it’s evident the acrylic is damaged due to a manufacturing defect, we will gladly replace the product free of charge. Freight charges for returned or exchanged products are at the customers’ expense. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged or you’ve received an incorrect item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If a product is eligible for replacement due to a manufacturing defect Textiles7 will pay for, or refund, all shipping costs.

At Textiles7 we understand that there can be variations in our products given some are made from natural timber and fibres. We appreciate your understanding that these variations are allowable and do not qualify for a refund. If you have any questions at all please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

Broke your poke tool ? return it and we'll replace it for free. Lost your poke tool ? our replacements are sold at cost price on our website.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded 100% minus initial shipping charges on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
