Shipping policy

All orders are sent via Australia Post, with tracking, from Sydney. We aim to dispatch orders within 2 business days (or faster). 

Free shipping on orders over:

  • $100 AUD for Australia & New Zealand
  • $200 AUD for Rest of World

Orders under our free shipping threshold:

We use Australia Post live carrier rates at the checkout to ensure you’re receiving the best possible shipping rate. Shipping costs will be calculated on the checkout page based on the (metric or cubic) weight of your order (whichever is higher).

Express shipping options will be presented at the checkout. 

Estimated shipping times

We recommend allowing the following number of shipping days after your order has been dispatched (estimate only):

  • Australia: 2-5 business days
  • New Zealand: 4-8 business days
  • Rest of World: 8-12 business days

Customs, taxes, fees etc

As with any imported goods, the receiver is responsible for any taxes charged by your country's border force. We do not offer returns or refunds for customers who refuse to pay the duties and taxes, and we will treat the parcel as abandoned. If you are unsure of your country's limits and rates surrounding imports, please research this before purchasing.


Other

To ensure we are offering efficient service on our end, we endeavour to pack and send within 2 business days from the date of order and we print the address label according to your entered shipping address.  We do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses. 

You will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number, please keep an eye on the carrier's tracking page to view the progress of your parcel. 

Returns, exchanges and refunds

At Textiles7 customer satisfaction is our priority, If your order has arrived with a problem, please email us at info@textiles7.com so that we can make it right!

If a product is deemed faulty or damaged, Textiles7 will cover the cost of return shipping. All other returns will require the customer to pay the cost of return shipping. 

Broke your poke tool ? return it and we'll replace it for free. Lost your poke tool ? our replacements are sold at cost price on our website.

 Sustainability

Textiles7 are dedicated to minimising our impact on the environment, we have forgone fancy packaging for 100% biodegradable and/or recyclable boxes, labels, box fill and post bags.

We also offer a DIY Hook Bag Kit to store your Shortcuts rather than manufacture something bespoke, why not use that left over material to make your very own Hook Bag !
