A note on caring for your Shortcuts

Don't bend them.

Our Sewing Shortcuts are precision tools made with the highest quality 3mm cast acrylic, we chose this material for its clarity, accuracy, beautiful finish and sustainability. Acrylic is 17 times stronger than glass however has low flexural strength and will snap if bent too far. To ensure the longevity of your Shortcuts we encourage our customers to store them in their Hook Bag when not in use and avoid bending them where possible.
